OVERVIEW
Take a training journey with us and learn how to help your dog to succeed in the human world. Whether you have a puppy, a dog that is new to your home, or you just want a refresher on training, this program is perfect for you. We address basic manners, the human/dog bond, meeting goals for outings with your dog such as camping, farmer’s markets, hiking, and more. Our Be Good offerings do not cover reactivity, aggression, resource guarding, or separation anxiety (check out Behave to address those issues).
Our goal is to teach communication, train your dog on basic commands (such as sit, down, target, look, nice walking, recall, and more) and practice with you and your dog how to succeed in specific real life contexts such as hosting guests, walking the Beltline, going to a dog-friendly brewery, and more. In addition to life skills, we can even teach your dog advanced skills such as riding a skateboard, posing with you for a selfie, and more.

Perfect Puppy
FOUR SESSIONS
Have a new puppy and need coaching on potty training, crate training and the importance of socialization? Our Perfect Puppy Package is perfect for you! We'll meet you for a consult (prior to bringing the puppy home) help you prepare/. We’ll then meet you for three more sessions to get your puppy off on the right paw! You will receive our Puppy Essentials Workbook to help you navigate puppyhood and track progress. It’s the perfect foundation for training!

The Assessment

If you'd like a more comprehensive evaluation of your pup, the assessment might be right for you. We’ll take a full behavioral history of your pet up until now, what sorts of training you’ve done, and what you hope to get out of your work with us. We’ll then create a holistic plan that includes training, exercise, enrichment, and clearer communication. This plan can help you improve manners, become a better pet parent, and open the door for outings like camping, breweries, or travel! This is a 90 - 120 minute virtual consult and includes an individualized behavior plan, which is customized to you/your family and your pet(s).
Assessments are virtual unless otherwise discussed. These are a deep dive into behavior, addressing history, training, incidents, health, goals, and your relationship. By using the virtual option, we are set us up to begin the behavior modification by talking to the humans about what's going on, assessing, making a plan and then meeting your dog fully aware of how to help them feel safe, build trust, and accept us as their teachers.
